Gooseberry, ripe yellow apple, and blackcurrant on the nose, also spicy notes, and a little allspice. Powerfully built on the palate without striving for breadth, good substance, emphatically dry and without make-up, ripe and powerful acid structure, and some salty notes. It is a very natural Sauvignon Blanc that goes well with refined cuisine.
