Tasting from 24.03.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Closed nose, some leafy green notes and grape, a restrained varietal aroma that carefully avoids overripe notes. Herbal aromas intensify on contact with the air, with hints of caraway and mint. Taut and elegant on the palate, slightly tangy, crisp acidity, lean and pithy, with very good length. Culinary Weissburgunder, ideal with fish and seafood.
