Roasted notes and warm smoke open the nose, roasted hazelnut, freshly brewed coffee grounds, caramel, yellow fruit. On the palate, it shows taut as well as straightforward and vivid acidity to the creamy base of fruit and savouriness, grippy phenolics, salty on the finish, dense, long, with further certain ageing potential.
