A ripe, yet fresh fruit bouquet: aromas of caramel meet fresh pineapple, nougat de Montélimar meets white peach. The palate reveals a fine, sophisticated wine with a lively acid nerve and very fine phenolics. Slate minerality takes centre stage in the last third of the palate structure. Extremely stylish!
