Tasting Notes
Delicately spicy, with fragrant mint, thyme, and Tellicherry peppercorns, and ethereal mineral notes. Restrained extract on the palate, and a rather cautious, medium dose of relatively powerful grainy tannins. It is full bodied, but not hot, balanced by penetrating minerality and acidity. At the moment, it is still downright unimpressive, but it has all the elements for long-term, complex maturation.
