Barrel 3 2020 Dernau Hardtberg, the barrel was found not far from the company headquarters in Dernau, someone from the village called and said: "There's a barrel of yours in the neighbour's garage". On the nose, yeasty notes, flinty mineral tones, very intense dark berries, blackberry and elderberry with an animalistic hint. On the palate, the wine is homogeneous and powerful, with grainy tannins and rather ripe acidity. It also has a phenolic character which gives it a high, dense structure, and an impressively intense mineral extract. .
