Tasting Notes
Clear, light yellow. Aromas include crunchy citrus fruit, lime, mandarin, lemon balm and bay leaf. Fresh grip on the palate with lime, grapefruit and mint notes. There’s a mineral pull, wonderfully clear and direct tension and a strong structure, finishes with good length.
