The white wine »Ferus« Riesling trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Michael Andres has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Clear, rich yellow. Multi-layered nose with ripe citrus fruit, grapefruit and green apple, all with a mineral underlay, animating. Taut and firm on the palate, fine phenolics, citrus fruit, lots of spice. A tightly woven wine, mineral and long, which clearly has further potential.
