Brilliant golden yellow in the glass. Citrusy notes on the nose, ripe pear, apricot, pineapple, almond and herbal spices, sage and lemon balm. Silky texture on the palate, beautiful extract spiciness, well-integrated ripe acidity through to the finish, juicy yellow fruit and a slight salinity in the aftertaste.
