Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Ripe gooseberry with fine blossom honey in the background, a hint of orange zest, delicate floral nuances. Juicy, fresh structure, mineral and salty, white pome fruit on the finish, lingers well, elegant and structured.
