WEISSBURGUNDER trocken Herrenletten CHARAKTER Tropische Früchte von reifer Ananas und Banane. Frische Walnüsse und ein Hauch von Marzipan. Voll und rund im Geschmack. Herb und kräutrig mit einem sehr langem Abgang. Ein kräftiger Weissburgunder als Essensbegleiter zu Kalbfleisch, Poularden oder Jakobsmuscheln. Dazu eine helle Sauce mit Sahne, Weißburgunder und Kräutern verfeinert.

Clear, clean and precise. An archetype of this grape variety. Initially floral on the nose, then classic aromas of lemon zest, pear and young hazelnut. Balanced by very good acidity, fine texture and attractive minerality. Deep and long finish.
