A berry like varietal aroma, some candied lemon peel, good concentration, some carbonic acidity, ripe but also firm acidity, clearly tactile mineral components, sweetness very well suited to the wine, not over-accentuated, a robust Kabinett with tension and just as much richness as the Prädikat can take.
