Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green, with silver reflections. Delicate blossom honey notes underlie yellow apple fruit, a hint of meadow herbs, a fine peach touch, and a note of minerality. Juicy, complex, integrated acid structure, salty, with fine tropical fruit on the finish, and a pronounced fruit aftertaste. It is long lasting, and it is already easy to drink.
