Tasting Notes
Still quite closed on the nose - salted lemon and basil the key notes. A powerful palate, wide-bodied and filled with substance thanks to mild phenolics, smooth terpenic layers and a ripe acidity. Round and seamless, it's emphatically dry but without any harshness. Long, and full of certain ageing potential.
