The white wine Bermersheim Silvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Neef-Emmich has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Herbal notes, apple peel, probably spontaneous fermentation, smoky notes, pear and apple, also some caraway. Juicy and herbal on the palate, firm structure due to the wood maturation, fine residual sweetness, the spice predominates. A very good choice with food.
