Tasting Notes
Clover and dandelion blossom, almond, yeast. First and foremost vinous on the palate. Firm, but not aggressive acidity, lots of juiciness, slender but not thin structure, herbal-spicy tones on the finish, almost liquorice-like. This is not an immensely screwed and twisted wine, but it is fundamentally honest - and a great pleasure for connoisseurs.
