Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose a mixture of ground almond, juicy apricots, lemon, lemon balm and sage, as well as chalky coolness and ground rock. The palate is full-bodied, with a smooth, creamy core and lots of mineral savouriness. A ripe acidity balances the juicy apricot and peach fruit, which shows nice length. A lot of wine for little money.
