Ripe pears, pineapple and lemons on the nose, with apricots, lime peel, and a floral and anise note in the background. On the palate it's dense, with a creamy base and well integrated, ripe acidity. Fine phenolics balance the juicy citrus freshness and help create length on the palate. A versatile food companion.
