Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Ripe cassis notes, orange zest and some delicately spiced notes of cardamom on the nose. The palate is juicy and powerful with a fine structure and well-integrated tannins. Liquorice shows on the finish, with a peppery touch in the aftertaste. Long-lasting, and will benefit from bottle ageing.
