Initially yeasty and savoury on the nose, Mirabelle plum, cinnamon, fine botrytis, on the palate the wine is creamy, herbal and savoury, viscous, powerful, very ripe and round, with a slightly concentrated acidity on the finish. These dried berries really pack a power.
