It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Jenins in Switzerland.
Somewhat wild, with emphatically citrus flavours, especially grapefruit, and apple notes with herbal nuances. Light and fresh on the palate with a fine mousse and clear character. A very gluggable, uncomplicated sparkling wine.
