Tasting Notes
Rubber, leathery, cedar wood, dried fig and plum confit on the nose. Stable acidity on the tongue with crisp tannins, reminiscent of graphite. Compact, tart fruit flavours of chokeberry and mulberry. It is still very youthful and closed. Complex and exciting in itself.
