A mineral impression is already apparent on the nose. Flint, cold smoke and fine woody savouriness. White peach, Mirabelle plum and quince jelly. Mineral dominance on the palate. Pithy phenolic flavour, savoury length. Incredibly dense with lots of drive. Animating acidity.
