Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The fragrance has notes of leather, wild cherry, balsamic undertones, cranberry compote. The palate shows a firm but smoothly integrated tannin that is not astringent despite its density. The ripe acidity carries the structure well and harmonises well with the savoury, long-lasting fruit in the finish. Structured in a good-natured way.
