Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose plum confit, black pepper and new wood. The palate is still quite compact, grainy tannins in medium-high quantity provide certain ageing potential, soft green tones and a quite pithy acidity provide marked tension.
