Spontaneous fermentation nuances, ripe fruit, and candied notes, with a hint of ester. Lots of drive on the palate, mealy phenolics, delicate woody savouriness, a very relaxed and yet rich palate structure, juiciness in the transition to the finish, which accentuates texture and substance.
