The white wine »B« Ahr Grauburgunder, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Peter Kriechel has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Ahr in Germany.
Something iodised on the nose, oyster shell, subtle wood, and also a ripe, almost tropical fruit. The palate opens with a good medium-bodied structure, develops sandy phenols and finishes with mineral notes and the same marine flavours that flash up on the nose. An exciting, individual wine!
