Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow colour. Somewhat restrained, delicate woody savouriness, vanilla, fine dried fruit notes underneath, ripe pineapple and apricot. Juicy, fully ripe stone fruit notes, some tinned peach, creamy sweetness, subtle acidity, still a little baby fat, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
