Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Very ripe black cherry, herbs and a hint of fir honey on the nose. The palate begins juicy, showing a very well extracted, fine-grained, ripe tannin in a compact, still very youthful structure. The acidity is well integrated. A solid wine of medium density and length, with good ageing potential.
