A ripe nose of guava, bergamot, fresh honeydew melon and a touch of yeast. Very fine mousse and a well-balanced acidity is supported by a definite mineral character. The palate shows a combination of savoury and juiciness, balancing density and lightness, roundness and freshness. Intensely fruit-borne finish. Exceptionally well made!.
