Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Fine nuances of cassis and liquorice, delicate hints of tobacco and nougat. Full-bodied, complex, juicy texture, mineral, fine tannins, fresh acidity structure, salty and persistent, an elegant food companion.
