On the nose, very fine aromas of red apple, lemon peel, some tangerine, plus mint and fine herbal spices. The juicy, substantial palate is finely balanced with lively acidity, beautiful textural sweetness, and grippy phenolics, a very grown-up Kabinett, good length.
