The red wine Exclusiv Blauburgunder Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Plonerhof has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Blauburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright, brightening ruby colour. Finely drawn nose, aromas of wild raspberry, some pomegranate, savoury notes of undergrowth in the background. Polished and fine on the palate, blackberry and cherry, finely meshed tannin in many layers, still some oak overhang on the finish, but will certainly integrate well.
