The red wine Exclusiv Blauburgunder Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Plonerhof has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant ruby colour with a brighter rim. Deep, elegant nose of berries, especially redcurrant and sugared raspberries, later tobacco and leather, with some meat. Precise, clean and lean on the palate. The tannin is well integrated and slightly sweetish. Tastes of light nut butter with berries. Medium palate drive, slightly warming on the finish and a successful finale.
