Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Notes of tobacco, blueberries and green tea on the nose, then red berries and even a floral touch on contact with the air. In the mouth it's dense, taut and ripe, with some artisanal tannins. Very straightforward and unadorned in style, with mineral foundations. It is still young and ultimately very closed, but the substance is excellent and the "cool" acidity gives the structure momentum for ageing.
