The white wine »Le Raisin«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Prinz has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Slightly cloudy and unfiltered in the glass, exciting aroma of some cider, herbal notes and ripe yellow stone fruit, slightly malty, wormwood herb, also blotting paper. Powerful and solidly built, powerful on the palate with an uncompromising, strong acidity, tart apple, tightly woven extract and fine phenolics.
