The white wine »Dachsfilet« Riesling trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Prinz von Hessen has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Herbaceous notes, as well as spontaneous fermentation accents, hop blossom, apple peel, malt, and a touch of stone fruit. On the palate, it is grippy with targeted acidity and distinctive, yet elegant, phenolics, mineral edge.
