Pale salmon pink in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of red forest berry comfit with a delicate underlay of lime zest, hint of cherry and a floral touch. The palate is medium-bodied with fine acidity, flavours delicately reminiscent of strawberries with a citrus-minerality on the finish. An uncomplicated summer wine.
