The white wine »Alte Reben« Escherndorf Lump Silvaner Erste Lage trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Rainer Sauer has been rated in 2017 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Concentration thanks to the age of the vines? In any case, its aroma is denser, warmer and more exotic. The spice does not fall by the wayside, of course. It rests on a sweet core that is firmly encased in gripping minerality.
