Herbal, savoury aroma combining freshness and ripeness, notes of candied ginger, chilli, mandarin. On the palate, it has a taut and flowing finish, emphatically lean and juicy, but without a lack of density, ripe, well-integrated acidity, balanced and fine, with plenty of play in a rather dry format.
