Tasting Notes
Concentrated and finely nuanced aroma, spicy, smoke, fine roasted notes, light and dark wild berries, cherries, raspberry pulp, black olive tapenade, mint, ivy, thyme, dark chocolate, pepper. Puristic on the palate with dense extract, deep and densely woven with a fine vein of acidity, pointed, ripe tannins, clear mineral fruit, athletic and elegant long-distance runner.
More about the tastingStill youthful on the nose, some yeast with raspberry and red cherry, also ivy and spicy, slightly peppery nuances. On the palate the terroir of the site comes to the fore, purist, dry, fresh acidity, with a depth that opens up, the tannin is at a point of maturity that it is accessible, has a lot of ageing potential. Still has a long way to go.
