The sekt EVOÉ! Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Schnaitmann has been rated in 2019 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Savagnin Blanc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Yeasty aroma, but at the same time fresh, apple, red currant, a touch of wood. Finely chiseled on the palate, very precise in acidity and mousse, delicately accompanied by minerality, smooth aftertaste, already very approachable now, but should develop even more intense savouriness in the next few years.
