The sekt Reichsrat von Buhl Rosé Prestige Brut, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Reichsrat von Buhl has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Pale orange in colour with golden reflections. Apple skin, cranberry and brioche on the nose, all with a delicate ripe patina. On the palate, the wine opens with a very fine, mild mousse, the lively acidity is contrasted by a touch of sweetness. The Pinot berry fruit on the finish is also sweet, accompanied at the end by full-bodied and slightly salty sensations.
