Buttercup yellow in colour. On the nose, honey and white flowers, some yeast, also hay and dried mango. On the palate, fresh and compact, with a dynamic mousse, a juicy acidity and a hint of sweetness, savoury, with distinct wormwood aromas on the long finish.
