Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Dried figs on the nose, some wood, light caramel, powerful, corpulent on the palate, fine tannins in strong doses, lots of juiciness and accompanied by quite lively acidity. Strong alcohol, mineral base. A Pinot Noir with the power of Achkaren, finely extracted, playing with high ripeness.
