The white wine »Großes Gewächs« Bremm Calmont Riesling trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Reinhold Franzen has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Some new wood, but also a nuanced Riesling spiciness, curry, cumin, dried chilli, apple and ripe nectarine. Seamlessly round and plump on the palate, sweetness and acidity are at one with the body, the minerality supports but does not dominate. Has fire!
