Pale yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, a very complex bouquet of yuzu and pink grapefruit, white raspberry, and herbal notes redolent of hyssop and angelica. The palate is grippy, straightforward and focused with a flinty note on the long, fresh finish.
