Tasting Notes
A savoury clay slate nose, warm stone, the varietal aromas remain (still) in the background. A firm, juicy palate, an almost electrifying arc of acidity, well-measured sweetness and a layer of suppleness stretch the Kabinett style to its limits. Ultimately, however, elegance and minerality remain: in other words, the characteristics of an archetypal Kabinett.
