Fruity, slightly yeasty aromas with gooseberry, mango and black currant and a hint of iodine. Slender on the palate with a filigree structure, animating with bright acidity, a distinctive tartness and a dash of lemon, very dry with a fine mousse. Leaves you wanting a refill.
