Tasting Notes
Cherry and raspberry on the nose, fine savouriness and also a lactic hint, whey, some rosehip. Dry and unadorned on the palate with notes of sour cherry and vivid acidity. It has grippy, fine-grained tannins in a powerful structure with juicy extract.
More about the tastingThis has a full nose of ripe cherry, blood orange, beet, and clove, accompanied by oaky spiciness, and crushed juniper berry. It has good substance on the palate, and distinctive still somewhat cumbersome tannins. It is juicy with good length, and a little ageing would do it good.
